Non-refundable Deposit:

50% non-refundable deposit must be paid prior to work being performed. The balance is due at the time the website is loaded and is viewable to the public.

Family Friendly Sites:

I only design family friendly sites, no exceptions.

Hosting:

Hosting for a website is the responsibility of the client. I recommend a couple different companies, and will sign up for the hosting package at the time the domain name is registered. The average cost per month for a basic hosting package is $5.00 per month.

Maintenance:

I can maintain websites for a fee of $15.00 per month, if pages are added during that time frame a $10.00 fee per page will be applied in addition to the maintenance fee. Maintenance is billed per quarter.

Clients wishing to maintain their own website after the initial design is complete, must have a web design program or have a web based hosting program built in.

If I do not maintain your site, and you continue to use my design, credit for my work must remain on the website. If you choose not to leave the credit in tact a $75.00 copyright fee will apply to your design fee.
